Returns

Our policy lasts 9 days from the date of delivery of the product to you. If 9 days have gone by since the receipt of goods by you, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You have to intimate us about the reason of return through email within 1 day of receipt of the goods and return the goods timely to reach us in the specified time period as mentioned above.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as Injectables cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If customer will pay for dispatch the product. The courier charges will be reimbursed by AVI Pharma Pvt. Ltd.; The courier charges eligible for reimbursement are actual.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 business working days.

Late/Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email

Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over INR 2000/- you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation Policy

The customer can cancel the order for the product till AVI Pharma Pvt. Ltd., ship it. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and service and these may need to be cancelled. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information.

AVI Pharma Pvt. Ltd., also reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as ‘Bulk Order’ as determined by AVI Pharma Pvt. Ltd., as per certain criteria. An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:
i. Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale;
ii. Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address;
iii. Bulk quantity of the same product ordered;
iv. Invalid address given in order details;
v. Any malpractice used to place the order.
No cancellation charges shall be levied for cancellation of an order in accordance with the terms of this policy.
