Delivery Information

• We aim to have your supplies to you within 1-7 business days.
• We make every reasonable effort to process your order within 24 hours or less.
• Orders placed before 4 pm, Monday to Friday, will begin fulfillment on the same day.
• Orders placed after 12 pm on Saturday will be processed on the following Monday.
• The shipping times vary based on location, product, and factors out of our control. It's possible you may have your order within the week if you order Monday.
• Factors out of our control may include such factors as, yet not limited to, extreme weather conditions, environmental factors (as you know), and the volume of local postal services or couriers.

Shipping Rates

• Orders worth more than INR 1500/- : Free Shipping
• Orders below INR 1500
  Mumbai : Flat shipping rate INR 50/-
  Outside Mumbai : Flat shipping rate INR 150/-

Processing & Shipping Times

Processing Times

• Orders are processed within a maximum of 2 working days.
• Orders placed before 4:00 pm Monday - Friday , or before 12pm on Saturday , begin processing on the same day.
• Orders placed after 4:00 pm Monday - Friday , or after 12pm Saturday, will begin processing on the following working business day.
• Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday after 12:00 pm & Sunday) will begin processing the following Monday (unless this Monday falls on a holiday in the India).
